That means that if you receive your candle and for any reason aren't happy with it, or simply change your mind, we will happy refund you within 30 days after purchasing. All we simply ask is that you return your item back to us so that we can conduct quality assurance testing. Your refund amount will include the product price only (minus initial postage costs), and return shipping is the customers responsibility. If you receive a candle that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days with photo proof of the damaged item and we will send out an identical replacement item. If an item is missing in your delivery or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us.
